1. How do I pay?
We accept the following credit cards: Master Card, VISA and American Express.

NO offer of C.O.D (Cash on Delivery)

2. How much are the shipping charges and how long does the shipment take?

A charge of $10.00 AUD for Shipping to anywhere in Australia.

Your order is usually shipped from our distribution center within 1-3 workdays after we receive your order.

3. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will get a confirmation that PUMA has received your order from us per e-mail after you have submitted your order. You will receive an email shipping confirmation as soon as we have given your parcel to Toll IPEC.

4. How do I know the status of my shipment at Toll IPEC?
You will find a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow the status of your shipment.

5. What happens if I am not available when Toll IPEC deliver the package?
Toll IPEC will leave a contact card with the relevent details for you to contact them.

6. What should I be paying attention to when trying on?
Shoes and clothes may not show sign of wear. Try walking on carpet or a clean surface when testing the shoes. We are entitled to claim compensation for any damage to the goods, unless such damage can be exclusively attributed to such wear and tear as could arise from trying on the product in a shop.

7. How do I return products?
You may return products from the online store within 21 days of the purchase without any reason. There is no risk for you whatsoever.

Right of Return
You can return the goods by the returns procedure within 21 days (the return period) without giving a reason. This period does not commence until you have received the goods and these instructions. It is necessary to inform our customer service by telephone or e-mail.

RETURNS
Because you are buying the Goods by online order, you may have a right of cancellation.  If you do (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:

You must tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of your receipt of the Goods;

The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:

      1. with  item/s and all packaging as purchased in their original condition with all tickets and labels attached;
      2. securely wrapped;
      3. including our delivery slip;
      4. at your risk and cost
      5. Goods must not have been worn other than for the purposes of fitting and/or for establishing the appropriateness of the design.

After we have received the Goods to our address above, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt; If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.

We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you other than for footwear items where you may utilize the PUMA FREEPOST service by addressing your return to:

and dropping it off at any post office within Australia only.



Consequences of Return
A valid product return involves the return of both the goods and the consideration, together with any benefits derived from the (e.g. usage factors). We are entitled to claim compensation fro any damage to the goods, unless such damage can be exclusively attributed to such wear and tear as could arise from trying out the product in a shop. You can avoid such claims by making no use of goods as if you owned them and doing nothing that could impair their value. If you exercise your right of return, the purchase contract is null and void.

8. How will the return be processed?
Your item(s) will be checked by our returns service as soon as they have arrived.

Credit Card Payment:
You will be reimbursed on your credit card bank account. Please note that St.George Bank Limited processes the payment for PUMA and their name may appear on your Bank/Card statement.

Duration:
Please note that processing your return and crediting your bank account takes approximately 5-10 working days.

9. What happens if the product in my size is unavailable?
Please send us an email to onlinestore-au@puma.com with your specific inquiry. We will then inform you of our findings.

10. May I cancel or change my order?
Please send us an e-mail at onlinestore-au@puma.com or call us at the following number Freecall 1-800-185-675. It is our priority to send our customers their orders quickly. Therefore, it is often the case that the order has already been shipped where we cannot make changes.

11. Can I order a product that is not found in the Online Store?
Unfortunately, you can only order products that are found in our online catalog.

12. Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship into the following countries: Australia and New Zealand.

Please note that we DO NOT ship to PO boxes.

13. Can you send me a catalogue?
The PUMA products are only available online. Therefore, we cannot send you a printed catalogue.

14. May I return something that was not purchased from the Online Store?
Please understand that we can only accept goods that were purchased from our Online Store.
